本プラットフォームからオンラインで本製品を注文する前によくお読みください。

本プラットフォーム上で注文する時点で本プラットフォームに掲示される販売規約が、当該購入に適用されることになります。本販売規約をよくお読みいただき、ご注文内容が完全かつ正確であることをご確認の上、ご注文ください。間違いがあると思われる場合には当社までお問い合わせください。KORATWERK Official Shopの利用規約/プライバシーポリシー/よくある質問ページは、本販売規約に組み込まれ本販売規約の一部を構成します。

ご注文には電子メールアドレスが必要です。またカスタマイズされたアイテムの設計、ショッピングカートにアイテムを追加し、オーダーを送信するなど、ウェブサイトのすべての機能を使用できるように、ブラウザに(機能的な)クッキーとポップアップの両方を受け入れるように設定する必要があります。
ご注文をいただく際に、ご注文の内容の受領確認メールをお送りいたします。しかし、ご注文に対する当社の承諾は、本製品がお客様に出荷された時点で行われます。当社は、本製品が出荷されたことを確認する電子メール(「注文確認書」)をお客様に送付します。この時点で、本販売規約に基づく売買契約(「本売買契約」)が成立し、お客様及び当社を拘束します。本販売規約及び関連する注文確認書のコピーを印刷又はダウンロードしてお客様の控えとすることをお勧めします。当社がご注文頂いた製品をお客様にご提供できない場合、当社は、その旨をメールによりお客様に通知するものとし、注文は受諾されず以後処理されません。

本プラットフォーム上のすべての注文の履行は、商品があることを前提としています。
当社は、いかなる理由であれ、お客様のご注文を受諾しない権利を明示的に留保します。
当社はまた、次の定める状況においてお客様に書面で通知することにより、当社が本売買契約を取消・解除に関連してお客様から受領した金額の返済以外の損害又は費用に責任を負うことなく本売買契約を取消し又は解除する権利を留保します。

An email address is required to place an order. You must also set your browser to accept both (functional) cookies and pop-ups to use all the features of the website, such as designing customized items, adding items to your shopping cart, and submitting orders. When you place an order, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the order details. However, our acceptance of your order occurs when the product is shipped to you. We will send you an email confirming that the product has been shipped (the "Order Confirmation"). At this point, a sales contract based on these terms of sale ("this Sales Contract") is established and binds both you and us. We recommend that you print or download a copy of these terms of sale and the related Order Confirmation for your records. If we are unable to provide the product you ordered, we will notify you by email and the order will not be accepted or processed further.

The fulfillment of all orders on this platform is subject to the availability of the products.

We explicitly reserve the right to not accept your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel or terminate this Sales Contract without liability for any damage or cost other than refunding the amount received from you under this Sales Contract, by notifying you in writing under the circumstances specified next.

* お客様の住所への配達ができなかった場合。
* 当社の支配の及ばない事象(下記参照)の場合；又は本プラットフォーム上の情報に誤記、価格又はその他の誤りが生じた場合。

データ・チェック　　ご注文が送信されると、当社において注文の履行前にいくつかのチェックを行うことがあります。これらのチェックには、住所の確認や不正のチェックなどが含まれます。当社は、異常な取引、疑わしい取引、又は詐欺的取引を除外するために、すべてのご注文・購入に対して部分的に自動化されたチェックを実施します。本プラットフォーム上での取引が疑われる場合、調査し、必要に応じて刑事告発する場合があります。
